Kick off a link-building campaign from the Link Building surface (link-building) or SERP Campaigns: give it a target search term and the page you want links to, and the outreach loop — find the opportunity, find the contact, email them — runs behind the scenes while you review the proposals. Or ask Pi with the link-building skill to assess opportunities and draft insertion proposals. Turn on Link Building Outreach early (Settings, then Features) and treat it as always-on from day one. Off-page authority is what moves a page from “ranking on page 1” to “top few, or cited” — see Part 1 §1.9 — off-page & the bump.

The idea

Give the system a search term and the target page you want links to. It finds relevant sites, identifies contacts, and runs outreach. The loop is find the opportunity, find the contact, email them. You steer and review the proposals rather than doing the outreach by hand.

Steps

  1. Go to Link Building (link-building) or SERP Campaigns.
  2. Kick off a campaign from the target search term and the page you want to build links to.
  3. Review the surfaced opportunities and let the outreach run.
  4. Turn on Link Building Outreach early (it’s a toggle on Settings, then Features). Treat it as an always-on setting from day one.

Ask Pi

Pi can assess a domain’s authority, find linkable pages, and craft link-insertion proposals with the link-building skill:
assess link-building opportunities for [target page] targeting [search term].
find relevant sites we could get links from and draft insertion proposals.

Sequence it after the pages exist

Build backlinks after the pages are live, so the authority lands on pages already matched to intent. Off-page work comes late in the cycle for a reason — see Part 1 §1.9.
