If you don’t yet know where to start, follow this in order. It’s the path we’d take to run SEO on Synscribe, stage by stage. You can jump around once you know the app, but doing it top to bottom the first time keeps you from missing a step. Each stage links into the how-tos that do the work. The quick version is the ordered list below; the detail lives on the pages it points to.
  1. Set up your account
  2. Find keywords worth writing
  3. Build your landing pages
  4. Write your blog content
  5. Publish and get indexed
  6. Grow with links and distribution
  7. Review and improve

1. Set up your account

Get the app to know your business, then connect your data. This is the foundation everything else pulls from, so spend the time here.

2. Find keywords worth writing

Pick topics you can actually rank for, starting from the terms closest to what you sell. Ask Pi to find candidates, then confirm each one is winnable before you commit.

3. Build your landing pages

Landing pages come first, because they cover the terms closest to a purchase. Design a pillar, then have Pi generate the pages under it.

4. Write your blog content

With the plan set, have Pi draft posts, edit them, and run refiners until they’re publish-ready.

5. Publish and get indexed

Set the page live, then make sure search engines find it. If you’re in a regulated space, set up the evaluator so nothing non-compliant ships. Ranking needs off-page signals. Kick off link building and use distribution to give new pages a push.

7. Review and improve

See what’s ranking, learn what worked, and feed that back into the next round. When you want the reasoning behind any of these choices, Concepts explains why we do SEO this way. If you get stuck, tell us.
