A product or feature video is raw material for a vertical (/feature) landing page: pull the transcript and key points, identify the feature keyword the page should target, then draft the deep single-feature page via the pillar or the writer, grounded in what the video shows. Quality-check and publish it like any landing page. See Part 1 §1.6 pillars for horizontal vs vertical.

The idea

Take a video (a demo, a feature walkthrough), pull out what it shows, and shape it into a vertical landing page targeting the feature’s keyword, the page that makes the ICP go “oh wow, it’s exactly what I want.”

Steps

  1. Get the transcript / key points from the video.
  2. Identify the feature keyword the page should target.
  3. Draft the vertical page (via the pillar or the writer), grounding it in what the video shows.
  4. Quality-check and publish like any landing page (2.3.2, then 2.5.1).
[needs Raymond] There’s an existing SOP for this (“Converting Video to Vertical Landing Page”) with the exact steps — this page is a placeholder for that procedure. Confirm the canonical flow (which tool extracts the video, whether it’s a pillar page or a one-off). See the gap register. (Candidate for a short video.)
