How to think about Pi
Treat Pi as an all-capable assistant for your marketing, and as a colleague who’s done a lot of this work before. It isn’t all-knowing or all-powerful, but it’s experienced, so the useful default is to assume it can do what you need and just ask. You often won’t know what it can handle until you try, so don’t hold back a task because you’re unsure it’s supported. Assume it can, and give it a go. Keep two things in mind. Pi is still early: it knows SEO well, and we’re actively adding more surfaces and integrations, so its reach keeps growing. And when it falls short, that’s useful to us. If a task fails, if Pi gets stuck in a loop, or if it gets there in a clunky, roundabout way, you have two good moves:- Tell it how you’d like it done next time. Pi can take on your preference and even learn a new skill from it.
- File a report, and the team will work on it, often improving it for every account.
What you can ask it to do
A sample of what people hand to Pi:- Find keywords you can actually rank for, and plan a month of content.
- Draft a blog post or a set of landing pages, then edit them to your feedback.
- Pull your Search Console and product analytics and tell you what’s working.
- Run a technical SEO audit or figure out why a page isn’t ranking.
- Kick off link building or write a press release.
How Pi is different from a general AI assistant
If you’ve used a general-purpose AI agent like Claude Cowork or OpenClaw, Pi works on the same idea: an agent that uses tools and follows built-in know-how to get real work done, and gets more capable as we add to it. What sets Pi apart:- It’s built for marketing and SEO, not general tasks. Its know-how and tools are for keyword research, content, landing pages, and analytics.
- It remembers your account. A general assistant starts fresh each session; Pi keeps lasting notes about your business and reads them back every time it works. See how Pi works with files.
- It comes wired into your marketing data and your Synscribe workspace, so it can act on your keywords, posts, and pages directly.
